IPV Bharat Project

A Social Welfare Initiative of IPV Surakshaa Kawach Charitable Trust

These Terms and Conditions govern the membership, participation, welfare services, and benefits offered under the IPV Bharat Project, an initiative of IPV Surakshaa Kawach Charitable Trust. Every applicant and member shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions before applying for membership.

1. Nature of the Project

The IPV Bharat Project is a charitable and social welfare initiative established with the objective of gradually providing comprehensive social, religious, educational, financial, legal, healthcare, emergency, and welfare-related support to Indian citizens through approximately thirty independent service sections.

The Project is intended to strengthen every eligible Hindu Indian citizen socially, mentally, spiritually, physically, legally, and economically through charitable activities undertaken by the Trust.

Membership in the Project does not create any contractual right to guaranteed financial assistance, employment, pension, investment return, insurance, or profit.

2. Eligibility

Membership is open only to Indian citizens.

Applicants must ordinarily be eighteen years of age or above.

The Trust may introduce separate categories of membership for minors, senior citizens, women, differently abled persons, or other welfare categories through their legal guardian, wherever applicable.

3. Membership Contribution

Membership may be obtained by making a one-time voluntary charitable contribution ranging from Rs. 100 to Rs. 1,00,000 through the official platform of the Trust.

The membership contribution is voluntary, irrevocable, and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or specifically approved by the Trust.

The contribution shall be treated solely as a charitable contribution towards the objectives of the Trust.

4. KYC Compliance

Every applicant shall submit accurate KYC details including identity proof, address proof, photograph, bank account details, mobile number, email address, and any other document required by the Trust.

The Trust reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel membership if any information is found to be false, incomplete, misleading, or unverifiable.

5. Objective of the Project

The primary objective of the IPV Bharat Project is to gradually establish thirty welfare service sections over a period determined by the Trust for providing charitable assistance to members and society according to available charitable resources.

These sections may include services relating to:

Health

Education

Legal Assistance

Religious Welfare

Emergency Support

Senior Citizen Welfare

Women Welfare

Youth Development

Employment Support

Financial Assistance

Disaster Relief

Environment

Social Security

Skill Development

Community Welfare

and other charitable activities permitted under Indian law.

The Trust reserves the absolute right to modify, expand, merge, discontinue, or introduce additional welfare sections at any time.

6. Availability of Welfare Benefits

All benefits, facilities, assistance, grants, support, or welfare services under the Project shall be purely charitable in nature.

No member shall acquire any vested or enforceable right to receive any particular benefit.

The Trust shall provide services strictly according to:

availability of charitable funds;

donations received;

CSR contributions;

government grants, if any;

voluntary contributions;

income generated through lawful charitable activities;

operational feasibility;

administrative capacity;

applicable law.

If adequate charitable funds are unavailable, the Trust may postpone, reduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any welfare service without creating any liability upon the Trust.

7. No Guarantee Clause

Membership does not guarantee:

financial assistance;

employment;

income;

pension;

loan;

scholarship;

medical assistance;

legal assistance;

religious tour;

housing assistance;

emergency support;

or any other welfare benefit.

Every benefit shall remain discretionary and subject to approval by the Trust.

8. Financial Assistance

Where financial assistance schemes are introduced, assistance shall be considered only after evaluation by the Trust.

Approval shall depend upon:

availability of funds;

eligibility;

verification;

project policy;

social need;

priority category;

committee approval.

The Trust may revise or discontinue any financial assistance policy at any time.

9. Activation of Services

The thirty welfare sections shall be activated gradually according to:

availability of funds;

administrative readiness;

technical infrastructure;

government permissions;

operational requirements.

No timeline mentioned by the Trust shall create a legal obligation.

10. Member Participation

Members are encouraged to voluntarily support the charitable objectives of the Trust by:

participating in social activities;

promoting awareness;

volunteering;

sharing educational content;

helping needy members;

participating in religious and charitable programmes.

Participation is voluntary unless specifically required under a particular programme.

11. Referral Programme

Where referral programmes are introduced, referral benefits shall always remain promotional in nature.

The Trust may revise, suspend, modify, or discontinue referral programmes without prior notice.

Referral incentives shall never constitute salary, commission, employment, investment return, or guaranteed income.

12. Donations and Contributions

All payments received by the Trust are voluntary charitable contributions.

Such contributions become the property of the Trust and shall be utilised solely for charitable objectives in accordance with applicable laws governing charitable trusts.

13. Use of Funds

The Trust shall utilise available funds for:

public welfare;

administration;

charitable projects;

social development;

religious activities;

medical camps;

legal awareness;

education;

technology;

staff and operational expenses;

maintenance of infrastructure;

and any lawful charitable purpose approved by the Trust.

The allocation of funds shall remain the sole discretion of the Board of Trustees.

14. Limitation Based on Available Funds

The member expressly understands and agrees that every welfare benefit under the IPV Bharat Project is entirely dependent upon the financial capacity of the Trust.

The Trust shall never be legally liable for non-availability, delay, reduction, postponement, suspension, or discontinuation of any welfare service resulting from shortage of funds or resources.

15. Modification of Schemes

The Trust reserves unrestricted authority to:

modify schemes;

change eligibility;

change benefits;

change timelines;

change contribution structure;

merge projects;

introduce new services;

Withdraw existing services.

16. Suspension and Termination

Membership may be suspended or terminated if a member:

provides false information;

misuses Trust facilities;

creates disputes;

damages the reputation of the Trust;

commits fraud;

uses abusive language;

violates the law;

uses the Trust's name without authorisation;

misrepresents the Project;

engages in activities contrary to the objectives of the Trust.

17. Intellectual Property

All logos, project names, websites, software, documents, videos, publications, training material, promotional material, and digital assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of IPV Surakshaa Kawach Charitable Trust.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

18. Privacy Policy

Member information shall be stored securely.

The Trust may use member information for:

membership management;

verification;

communication;

government compliance;

welfare activities;

research;

project administration.

Information may be disclosed where required by law.

19. Force Majeure

The Trust shall not be responsible for failure to provide services due to:

natural disasters;

pandemics;

government restrictions;

war;

civil disturbance;

court orders;

technical failures;

banking restrictions;

fund shortages;

cyber incidents;

or any circumstance beyond reasonable control.

20. Indemnity

Every member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Trust, its Trustees, Settlor, officers, volunteers, employees, and representatives from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or legal proceedings arising out of misuse of membership, breach of these Terms, or unlawful acts by the member.

21. No Employment Relationship

Membership shall not create any employer-employee relationship, partnership, agency, franchise, investment contract, or joint venture with the Trust.

22. Dispute Resolution

The Trust shall first attempt amicable settlement of disputes.

Failing settlement, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Trust shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.

23. Amendment

The Trust may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated Terms published on the official website shall automatically become binding upon all members.

24. Acceptance

By applying for membership, making any contribution, using any service, or participating in any activity of the IPV Bharat Project, the member confirms that:

they have read these Terms and Conditions;

they understand that all services are charitable and subject to the availability of funds;

They acknowledge that no welfare benefit is guaranteed;

They voluntarily accept all decisions of the Trust made in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

The member further agrees that the Trust, its Settlor, Trustees, officers, volunteers, and representatives shall not be held personally liable for any inability to provide services due to insufficient charitable resources, regulatory restrictions, or circumstances beyond the Trust's reasonable control.

Legal note: These terms substantially strengthen the Trust's position by making clear that services are charitable, discretionary, and dependent on available funds. For maximum legal protection and enforceability, especially if you expect large-scale membership across India, these terms should also be reviewed and customized by an advocate familiar with the laws governing charitable trusts, consumer protection, taxation, and applicable state regulations.
